It’s the month when the world gets a little brighter, not just from the decorations, but because we remember the real reason for the season: the birth of Jesus.

Yes, amid the holiday hustle, the gift shopping, and those questionable amounts of holiday cookies, December invites us to pause and reflect on that humble night in Bethlehem. A tiny baby born in a manger who changed the world forever—a reminder of hope, love, and joy that outshines even the ugliest Christmas sweater.

Of course, December also comes with its fair share of holiday chaos. You know, the annual debate over real tree vs. fake tree, the “holiday brain” that makes us forget what day it is, and the ever-growing to-do list that mysteriously expands faster than your appetite for gingerbread treats.

So, as you deck the halls and sing those carols (even if you’re a little off-key), remember the true light of the season. Here’s to a December filled with warmth, laughter, and the peace that comes from celebrating the birth of Jesus—the original gift to all of us.
